Every K.GLO order is prepared by hand — here's what to expect once you check out.
All items are shipped once your order is placed. Because each jar is whipped in small batches, your order is prepared specifically for you rather than pulled from pre-packaged stock.
If a product offers a choice of scent, your requested fragrance is added as specified at checkout. Please double-check your fragrance selection before completing your order, since each jar is prepared to match your request.
Orders are prepared and shipped promptly after purchase. If your order requires extra preparation time — for example, a custom fragrance or a larger quantity — we'll do our best to keep things moving quickly and will reach out if anything affects your timeline.
Shipping options and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout through Square. You'll see the exact cost and estimated delivery window before completing your purchase.
